We are seeking a dedicated Soccer Coordinator to lead our Phoenix-area Soccer Leagues. The ideal candidate will have a passion for soccer and experience in planning events or managing sports teams.

The role
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure that the fields are match ready – including setting up fields if necessary
- Verify if players and teams are eligible to play
- Take care of the materials and equipment provided by Footy
- Take photos for marketing purposes
- Communicate with League Management regarding schedules, players discipline, referees performance, and game results.
- Facilitate a fun and safe environment
Bring your enthusiasm
The ideal candidate should meet the following expectations:
- Bring a positive and fun vibe across the field
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience with coaching or managing sports teams
- Driver’s license and access to a car
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Living in Mesa or Tempe
- Available to work a minimum of two game days each week. Shifts are 4 hours per evening.
- Preferably First Aid certified
What can you expect from us?
The salary is $17.5 per hour and Footy offers next day pay.
