Sales at Footy is more like being on the field — it’s fast-paced, strategic, and full of creativity. You’ll take the lead in growing participation and building strong partnerships through:

• Reaching out to players, teams, and local businesses through your personal network

• Making calls, meeting prospects, and closing deals

• Canvassing at local parks, gyms, and events

• Using CRM tools to manage leads and opportunities

• Forming new teams from individuals looking to play

• Building partnerships that drive visibility and growth

Marketing – Create the Buzz
Soccer is social — and so is this role. You’ll be the face of Footy in Tucson, shaping our local brand presence by:

• Running fun and engaging social media campaigns

• Helping create energetic content that captures Tucson’s spirit

• Organizing email campaigns and event promotions

• Networking across communities both online and offline

• Coming up with bold, local marketing ideas that get people talking

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for sports, ideally with experience in soccer or sports marketing/sales

• Strong existing network in Tucson (bonus if it includes local sports, events, or business communities)

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Confident communicator who loves meeting new people

• Self-starter who thrives working independently

• Willing to work some evenings and weekends

• Based in Tucson with access to a car
